How to Plan a Wedding Shower
If you are having a wedding shower soon there are plenty of things that you need to plan before the big day. Whether you are sending out the invitations or planning for the food and drinks there are many things you will have to get done before the big day. Here are just a few things that you might want to put on your to-do list before the big party:
Invitations – You might want to send out your save the date cards a couple of months before the date of the party. About a month before the big day send out the invitations so everyone has time to get it on their schedule and find the perfect gift for the soon to be married couple. Give your friends and family plenty of time so don’t send the invite out only a week before hand.
Food and Drinks – Decide if you are going to serve a meal or just appetizers and drinks. Most people go with appetizers or maybe a sandwich or something not too filling. Have plenty of beer, and wine on hand as well as soft drinks or anything else people may want to drink or eat. Get more than you think you will need as people may be hungrier than you imagine.
